Latest Updates

We were able to get approved signature forms to professional signature gathers earlier this week.  You will see them at shopping centers and door knocking across Alameda County. We also have thousands of volunteers that want to get out to the community and help to sign the recall petition…”WE KNOW YOU ARE ANXIOUSLY WAITING TO HELP – THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT!”

MAJOR COMMUNITY SIGNING EVENT AND PICK UP LOCATION:

Our first signature gathering event will be on Sunday, October 15, 2023, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. We will have volunteers and families to gather signatures at: Christopher LaVell Jones Foundation Resource Office, 1711 International Blvd Suite 103, Oakland, CA 94606.

We are a small team and we are organizing to get forms out to the rest of the community and our volunteers. – we haven’t forgotten about you, we just need to properly organize and ensure volunteers properly follow Alameda County election laws. We will email again in the next few days with an update.

Save Alameda For Everyone (SAFE) announced on September 28, 2023 that we have officially been green lighted to collect signatures to RECALL District Attorney Pamela Price! We have 160 days, until March 5, 2024 to submit 73,195 signatures to qualify the recall for the ballot. Then, the people of Alameda County will have the power to vote DA Price from office.

Signature Forms will be available this coming week. They need to comply with all County requirements and we have a few technical changes to process and we will begin printing.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CHANGE.ORG SIGNATURES: The Change.org online signature you may have signed does not count as a signature for the recall campaign. You will need to sign an official paper Signature form for your signature to be included.

In the meantime, click on our new FAQ page and click on JOIN US to stay informed of new developments, signature signing locations and more.
